Important forms

Here are some useful forms that SOM graduate students need to know about:

Declaring a concentration
  • Current MBA students can .
    (MS Accounting students are not able to declare a concentration.)
  • Concentrations are optional. If you do not declare a concentration, you will select 7-8 electives of your choice that align with your career goals.
SOM graduate course waiver form
  • SOM students may request course waiver(s) based on coursework completed during their time as an undergraduate. We will not waive courses for you automatically. .
 SOM graduate internship application 
  • Interns are expected to spend 12-15 hours per week for 4-credit hours (semester consists of 15 weeks). For the 10-week summer session, interns should expect to work a minimum of 18 hours per week for 4 credits. Fill out your .
Teaching assistant form
  • Fill out the form to TA an SOM class .
Graduate overload petition
  • This form is intended for anyone looking to take over 16 credits (20 credits max). You can fill out the form .

Individual Appointments

Please schedule an individual appointment with Molly Pianella if you are inquiring about:

  • Harpur/MBA 4+1 program or Watson/MBA 4+1 program
  • individual program eligibility (including all MBA and MS options)
  • OR if you have several questions that require more than a ten minute time slot

Note: While we accept GMAT and GRE scores for consideration, they are not required for our MBA and MS Accounting programs. Applicants with significant work experience and/or strong GMAT/GRE scores (while not required) are also considered for admission.
