OSP staff members are here to help you prepare your proposal and secure funding for your research. The following are resources to assist you in developing and preparing your proposal for submission:

NIH has launched preview versions of the Biographical Sketch and Current and Pending (Other) Support Commons Forms and the Biographical Sketch Supplement in Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae (SciENcv).  These forms are NOT to be submitted with proposals at this time.  NIH will officially implement use of the Common Forms in November 2025 (exact date to be announced.)

Reminder about Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for Research.gov

All users are required to complete a one-time MFA enrollment process and use the selected method to sign into Research.gov. Users must set up a primary MFA sign-in method.  NSF urges users to also set up a secondary method in case the primary method is unavailable. Every time a user signs into Research.gov, they are required to use MFA. OR, users can continue using Login.gov to sign into Research.gov if a phishing-resistant MFA is used. Further information regarding MFA can be found and training opportunities can be found .

NSF continues to be in effect for all NSF proposals.
